eArthCheCk introduCes risk-mAnAGement App

EarthCheck has introduced a Risk App designed to help the hospitality industry swiftly rebound from crisis situations and climatic events such as earthquakes and tsunamis .
The ERI Risk App provides users with timely prompters for handling disaster mitigation based on preparatory action plans . It reminds users to capture time-stamped imagery , provide status updates , track unfolding incidents , communicate with stakeholders and map out recovery .
“ The ERI Risk App is an evolution of technology that puts the paper-based crisis-management practices we ’ ve been preparing for years into a smartphone and into the hands of operators , no matter where they are ,” says EarthCheck CEO Stewart Moore .

nuxe pArtners with Groupe Gm

Nuxe has partnered with Groupe GM to launch its first line of hospitality products , which is based on the Rêve de Miel range that uses the traditional therapeutic properties of honey .
The Rêve de Miel line consists of shower gel , shampoo , conditioner , hair and body gel , a body lotion , two bars of mild soap , large-volume distributor bottles and a miniature 10-ml bottle of Huile Prodigieuse . Groupe GM also offers a line of related accessories .
The line is free of paraben , silicone , mineral oils , colorings and materials of animal origin , except honey . Products are packaged in recyclable bottles and cardboard boxes .

Andaz Wall Street and Andaz 5th Avenue in New York City , in partnership with upstate New York ’ s Beekman 1802 farm , have debuted a new in-room amenity line .
The Fresh Air line includes shampoo , conditioner , shower gel , body lotion , facial bar and body bar . Made exclusively for Andaz Hotels in New York , it features Beekman 1802 ’ s logo as well as its tagline , “ Made Fresh in Upstate New York .” All products are cruelty-free and made with purified water . Product packaging is 100 % recycled material .
“ The new amenity line represents our ongoing commitment to feature all things that are quintessential New York in our hotels ,” says Megan Montenaro , director of communications for Andaz New York . “ We were particularly drawn to Beekman 1802 because our companies share many of the same values , one of which is to offer our guests the highest-quality products that are not only natural , but also locally sourced .”
