The process was finalized in January and values SiteMinder at more than US $ 750 million .
SiteMinder will use the additional capital to fuel its growth an innovation , namely through accelerated go-to-market strategies and increased investments in research and development led from Sydney , Australia . The company will also further its international expansion and continue to grow its more than 900 staff , who are located in six offices .
