Deborah Yager Fleming , who has more than 20 years of hospitality industry experience , joined Acqualina in March 2004 as part of the pre-opening team and by January 2011 had become a partner in the hotel with ownership interest . She also serves as president of the hotel ’ s property management company and contributes to marketing efforts for the company ’ s latest luxury residential development , The Estates at Acqualina .
Fleming has been instrumental in establishing initiatives that help to deliver service and guest experiences at Acqualina and fosters a leadership culture comprising 10 critical standards that serve as a model for staff . She led the creative development of the resort ’ s offerings , programs and amenities , and has established partnerships with luxury organizations such as a spa brand affiliation with ESPA .
Prior to joining Acqualina , Fleming was vice president at Executive Search International ; from 1998 to mid-2002 , she served as vice president of sales and marketing at Island Outpost . She was director of strategic marketing and sales at The Leading Hotels of the World from 1995 to 1998 , and also served as director of sales and marketing at The Lowell in New York City .
DANILO ZUCCHETTI

Danilo Zucchetti became general manager of the Villa d ’ Este in 2005 and in 2012 was promoted to managing director of Villa d ’ Este Hotels , which includes the prestigious resort on Lake Como , the Florentine 5-star hotel Villa La Massa , and two 4-star hotels in Como , Palace Hotel and Hotel Barchetta Excelsior . Before joining the Villa d ’ Este , Zucchetti was general manager of the Hotel Bauer and Il Palazzo in Venice for six years .
A significant year in Zucchetti ’ s professional development was 1992 , when he began working for Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts , starting in Milan and thenin Berlin and Tokyo .
Zucchetti , married with two sons , graduated with degrees in hotel operations , from the Hosta Hotel & Tourism School in Switzerland , and in hotel management , from the Hotel Institute in Montreux .
