Race Nights have proven to be an effective way of raising money for charity. Due to their simplicity to organise and run, it increases the likelihood of attendees to spend more throughout the evening (Webber, 2003).

The objectives set for the Roundabout Race Night were;

To gain a 4/5 (out of 5) rating from attendees

Educate audience about Roundabout and reality of youth homelessness. Ensure attendees know what their money is contributing towards.

Raise £500.

Have 80 people minimum attend the event.

Once everyone had arrived, they were welcomed by the comperes for the evening, who explained the concept of a race night and how the evening would run.

AFTER THE EVENT
