INTERVIEW WITH DJ JAMIRKO

Brina: When did you start with music?
DJ JAMirko: I started when I was 5 years old. My parents enrolled me into a music school and I started learning the violin. I started Dj-ing when I was 16 years old.
Nina: Why did you choose to be a DJ?
I was always interested how I could earn money with music, to have fun and to teach people because I can do that the best!
Brina: What are you doing as a DJ?
I play music and with this I am trying to convince people to dance.
Nina: How did you meet with Bojan (our music teacher) and then with me and Brina?
I met Bojan at the Academy for Music which we attended together for 4 years.
When he invited me to participate in the music school "Godalkanje", Bojan told me that he has two very gifted girls in class and that is how I met you and Brina.
Nina: What is the most fun part thing at your work?
The most fun is that I can use the gramophone as an instrument and that I get reaction of the audience who dance.
