W
hen we think of weddings in Bloomington or
Indiana, the images that come to mind are rarely
of downtown or impressive historical buildings.
Darcy Teague, however, chose Fountain Square as an
affordable in-town location to host her wedding reception.
Darcy had planned her husband’s brother’s wedding and
had her first wedding at Oak Hill Mansion. This time, she
wanted her wedding in Bloomington close to family and
friends. Additionally, after the reception they were able
to access all the bars easily to celebrate since they were
already downtown. The only challenge she faced on the
big day was parking for the guests due to the construction
that will be completed by 2020.
