Political Anger

The best way to upset someone to talk about politics. In our Nation, politics is a good way to
easily offend another person or bond over the anger of the person running the country. People like to
cast their opinion against anyone who will listen to the complaint. Often, people who have an influence
over others will spread their opinions and on the internet. The particular piece of art I will be looking at
is from a graphic designer Shepard Fairey and his Trump poster.
The piece is called Demagogue. The word is written on the art work on covering the eyes. We
can assume the face belongs to Trump being lit up by red and tan spotlights. Fairey created this image
along with other images during the final stretch of the presentational campaign between Donald Trump
and Hillary Clinton. Fairey created this piece in opposing the idea of Trump become the next president.
He gave the piece a 1984 that was inspired by George Orwell. The word Demagogue is a word describ-
ing what he believes the actions of Trump’s. Demagogue means a political leader who is seeking the
popular desire and prejudice rather than the use of rational argument. In others words, Fairey believes
that if Trump became president people would view Trump as an evil, manipulative big brother who
would be dictating people’s lives and people would be scared of always being watched. Fairey goes on
to talk about his opinion political and social standards. That Trump becoming president was because of
a lose of connection for others. At the end of his comment, he states that he tried to think of a piece of
