Asia and I were so happy. All the countless hours of protesting, the multiple injuries caused, it was all worth it.
Life for me went back to normal, and so did it for Asia. We realised with time we were not right for each other.
We were different people with different backgrounds. I realised I was way too matured and she was very
childish. I also realised beauty was not the only most important thing. To be successful in life there should be a
perfect balance of everything. We continue to be friends. I continued with my education and eventually
graduated. I picked up a Job at a criminal defence attorney organisation as a secretary to one of the big lawyers. I
would work my way up from there. I was happy, but there were only so many days until the truce ended and the
greater bay area project would resume.
