Adventures of Greater Bay Area Korean International School, Singhal, Sujay - 7 Once upon a time there lived a boy in Hon Kong. His name was Fred. Fred went to a school called KIS. There was a writing competition in KIS, and Fred could not wait to hear about the theme. When he found out about the theme, he was shocked. The theme was that what if you lived in Greater Bay Area. First, he learned all about Greater Bay Area. He learned that Greater Bay Area had more land than Switzerland and more people than in Canada and more business than Australia. So, he started writing. A week passed and things changed the business got higher in Hong Kong and more people came and soon he realized that he is living in Greater Bay Area. He moved to a new house and now he was living in the area earlier known as Guangdong. He wrote about the new constructions, more and more constructions, more business, more population, more roads, more traffic, more factories, and more pollution. Fred met lots and lots new people. He had to change his school and he got higher education. Fred’s dad got into a new business. They started living in a house and had a car. Fred learned new sports, new talents and read new books. Fred had to learn a new language because that is what was spoken in the Greater Bay Area. It was a funny language and was called Chanderin. When he submitted his entry, he won the first prize in the competition and he was extremely happy.
