cultivate the freedo m of soul expression, and perhaps surprisingly,
this is what defines liberty. The continued existence of Judais m is
threatened by heinous liberties taken by people who profess to be
Jewish, but don't observe the faith. There is so me basis of this
theoretical dissertation in my Purim story. The thread that holds
this treatise together is me finding out what happens when I exceed
the borders of liberty allotted me .
The first step in this exercise is to calm one 's thoughts and slo w
down his or her rate of breath. One may have to progress in
incre ments until he or she achieves breath control. Stillness ma y
achieve a zero gravity where the muscles may be relaxed and
nervous system thusly relieved of strain. The abdomen can contro l

move ments of our lungs and heart regulating the internal pulsatio n
rhythmically thumping soul life into the body.

bridge the generation gap, ergo, in the grips of the delusionary
pretext of righteous pursuit. I had thought to wear this costume to
"free mike" night at some pub; lo and behold, the world is a stage,
and I'm but an old fool strutting blindly into the spotlight.
