I'm discussing normality here ! One ailment that falls under the heading of schizophrenia is a neurological ailment called manic depression; a person gets wild and can do unforgiveable actions, inconsistent with his character and embarrassing to all those involve d with him, especially his loved ones. Mania is an example of nervous excitation in the brain whereby impulses cause ignition of many mental switches, and the individual acts upon the m most ofte n haphazardly. Hyperactivity is quite the norm in conte mporary society, and so are bouts of depression and inaction that are often confused with laziness and scorned in most Occidenta l societal circles. Laziness can be overcome with adverse stimuli; that however, would have the effect of deepening a state o f mental depression. Rhetorically, we may presume that depression is but withdrawal fro m the stressful rigmarole that we spin through daily, in our pursuit of survival. The traffic on the streets is frightening; the stress in the market place is overwhelming. I'm so afraid to leave my home that I have to prepare my journe y through life at least a day in advance and perform menta l calisthenics in hope to reinforce and ready my inner soul to affront and hurdle the obstacles that will ha mper my movements through space. This is my normal reaction to the stresses of life ! Depression would be staying at home negligent of all fisca l require ments. Even in the privacy of my own home fraught with delusio ns of neighborhood-domesticated animals; such as dogs and cats that may be some kind of drone put there by the police to spy o n me. Maybe they've planted listening d evices in my home to trans mit my conversations , record me doing something immodest or offensive, such as proscribed by moral tenets. How real are forces that trample the pursuit of liberty and happiness ? Their ca meras in the city thoroughfare are equipped to with "facial characteristic" software, probably able to reduce thoughts (read your mind) into different levels o f communication that indicate our spirits within.
