your choice; feeling that your time, money, and strength with
which you are endowed goes to the comfortable and luxuriously
life style of the oppressor, or enjoy you rself for what you are!
That having been said, one may delve deep into a realizatio n
that "fight or flight" is not the full range of possibilities in the
fully developed human who throughout life will be faced with
unbearable hardships. All of us experience mo ments where
threatening circumstances can cause panic, yet we serve a higher
principle and emit a tranquil response to review the perceptio n
under logical scrutiny - to come to terms with reality, re tain a n
aura of calm - despite the continuation o r even intensificatio n
of whatever might be bothering us. Time heals all wounds, as a
family we laugh about how we got through our tribulation; the
only thing is co mmunication. Thus the classic definition of the

in simplistic conte mplation: heart pulse and deepening and more

we chose the pains that our awareness sensitivity consciousness
recognizes as beneficial. Imagine the pain of cold snow spraying
on your face as you toboggan down the hillside in subzero
temperatures, how is it that we experience it as unforgettable
ecstatic occurrence?
The other character trait encouraged by those who espouse
tolerance is forbearance, meaning the duration of stimuli
perceived as adverse will run their course despite my paying no
heed to the m. Unfortunately, we are able to draw out expressions
of pitifulness several decades after an occurrence, hacking into
our brains and reliving the excruciating details. I see a guy I've
met up with only once in forty years, first thing he says to me,
