Motion is that creative expressi on we do even alone, or with a partner on a dance floor. Move ments through our journeys in life are choreographed. We shake out the tensio n in our bone and muscle structures, and cause carbon dioxide to exit fro m the blood stream, having the net effect of increasing our awareness of happy feelings that we experience as electromagnetic impulses that throb forth fro m my sou l essence I AM. 114
