CMH “Heroes for Hospice” 5K/10K
Superheroes big and small were
part of the Second Annual Citizens
Memorial Health Care Foundation’s
“Heroes for Hospice” 5K/10K Run
on Saturday, May 2. Both courses
began in front of the CMH Community
Rooms and concluded with a loop
around Dunnegan Park. Trophies were
awarded to overall male and female in
both races, Golden Age and Junior
participants and medals were given to
first place male and female winners in
each age division. The event raised more
than $3,000 for Hospice programs.
CMH Hospice caregivers strive to
help patients remain as comfortable as
possible at home, or in a home-like
setting, with family and friends. The
program also provides support to the
family after a death of their loved one
through a bereavement program.
Full race results and photos from the
event can be found on the CMH Home
Care Services Facebook page. For more

Hospice” 5K/10K Run, contact CMH
