were not being met . We then again used the networks we already had , to share awareness . COVID came , and we put the commencement on hold but took up another opportunity . Essential organizations needed to move their staff . And so we utilized our networks , to be enlisted . We , therefore , worked all through the lockdowns , moving within and without the Coast .
When schools reported back , we engaged parents and commenced school transport solutions . We are now serving 11 schools , in three terms and counting .
Our business environment has had challenges , and the main one is regulatory . The alternative accommodation space is misunderstood by the regulator , hence a lot of fear in operations . A meeting of minds is necessary to alleviate this .
Having gone through the D . E . A . R MSME program , I have learnt a key thing about networking and collaboration . I have seen how to make it work more than it has for me . There is still great opportunity in the industry .
We grew in the number of vehicles , routes and solutions . In January 2020 , we decided to give back what God had blessed us with , by transporting kids from a special needs school in Nyali . We charged a nominal fee and only those who could pay paid . While doing so , we realized a gap in school transport solutions . We did the research and found two major needs
