Located in the central Philippine province of Aklan , Boracay entices couples with White Beach — an aptly named , four-kilometre stretch of powdery sand — as well as excellent snorkelling , diving , and water sports . You ’ ll also find some of the best resorts in Asia at this iconic locale . Getting there : Take a 50-minute domestic flight from the capital Manila to Caticlan Airport in Panay Island , then a 20-minute boat transfer to Boracay .
