• At the beginning of September the students of 3.B together with their mates from Grammar School took part in the workshop prepared by students of the Pedagogical and Social Academy on the occasion of Holocaust Memorial Day in the Jewish synagogue. They were given the presentation about the Holocaust and "March of the Living". Then they also watched the film "In the Dark". It is very important for young people to be aware of the consequences of the Holocaust and racial violence, as well as a great opportunity to realize how essential it is to fight with all forms of violence even nowadays.
Students working in Human Rights Club and inGenious project planted two trees in front of Business Academy on 21 September - International Day of Peace. They have supported world´s peace and done something positive for our environment.
Business Academy students have been working on eTwinning project for 8 years. They have worked in more than 20 successful projects. This school year they have been cooperating with their Romanian partners on a new theme - F@mily @nd Work Dimensions.
The project tries to find the path to understanding how families are organized, how they work, what they need for assuring the harmony. Cooperation of the schools on the project is dedicated to the 2014 - European Year for Reconciling Work and Family Life.
Teachers Lydia Cziriova and Stanislav Považan together with their ICT students continue working in the project inGenious. It has been the third year working as the pilot school and get the newest information about STEM improvements. Students love working in this project and hope to learn new things to be able to become an active part of labour market in the future.
At the beginning of October students of the fourth form took part in the lecture about the safer Internet. It has been the third time that Mr. Koloman Križan visited our school and informed students about the issues of Safe Internet. Students enjoyed this event.

Two of BA students - Daniela Višňová (1.B) and Nikola Janečková (4.C) really concern themselves in our town, so they entered a competition called “Vychytaj problémy svojho mesta”. They found five problems our town Levice is dealing with and took photo documentation of them. They tried to solve these problems in the cooperation with the municipality and mayor of Levice Mr. Mišák. They were successful in this competition. In the photo is Nikola´s collage showing the problems of our town.
