Miro , always nipping at our heels , to fight the hard battle of cross country .
Do not think for a second that I don ’ t know how unhappy you all were that we still had to go through with it , in the last term , busy getting ready for exams and finishing off internals . What a big ask it was . Which makes the turn out even more incredible . I take my hat off to you all and breathe a sigh of relief for a very narrow win of two and a half points .
I would like to thank everyone for their efforts this year , especially the Year 13s , who were very visible and very instrumental in the house ’ s energy and success . Of course , I cannot finish this year ’ s report without mentioning our leaders . Caitlin , Max , Rubie and Alex , you have been without a doubt the most engaged , energetic and creative leaders I have yet had the privilege of working with . You have all contributed to the house ’ s success this year and in every year leading up to it , playing to your strengths and stepping out of your comfort zones for the house . I am so proud of you and your house is indebted to you .
Thank you all for another great year . Enjoy your breaks and come back refreshed and energised for another year .
Mr Julian Lumbreras , Head of House
