MANAGERIAL CONTROL MANUAL OPERATIONAL SANITATION EXTERNAL SANITATION  All exterior surfaces and refrigeration unit are evaluated for damage and any conditions that affect the vehicle’s road-worthiness. All deficiencies are noted on the Sanitation Log.  All surface debris is removed.  All exterior surfaces are rinsed and the cleaning compound is applied and allowed to soak, scrubbing as needed for difficult areas.  The exterior of the vehicle is then rinsed.  Repeat the process as required. INTERIOR SANITATION  All interior surfaces, doors, seals and air-vents evaluated for damage and needed repairs. All deficiencies are noted on the Sanitation Log.  All debris is removed from vehicle interior.  All interior surfaces are rinsed and the cleaning compound applied, scrubbing where necessary. 
