Madeline makes... We are very excited to tell you that Madeline was given the opportunity of working as an Intern for Good Housekeeping magazine in London recently which is keeping her very busy. Whilst this is excellent news for Madeline it does mean she will not be able to write any recipes for Hiya Bucks for the foreseeable future. She told us “I’ve loved writing recipes for you over the last few months and the experience has given me a newfound confidence to pursue my dream career”. We wish you the very best of luck Madeline in all that you do, we shall miss you. But worry not all you foodies out there because we have another very local professionally trained chef who would like to follow in Madeline’s footsteps.
