250g butter , room temp 250g sugar 4 eggs 200g self raising flour 50g desiccated coconut
To decorate
100g butter , room temp 400g icing sugar
juice of 2 limes , plus strips of zest from 1 lime and grated zest from the other
chocolate and desiccated coconut to decorate
