In addition to the botanicals gin producers can seek extra flavour
and character by resting gin in casks which have been used for
other purposes, a rum or bourbon cask will add character to the
gin being stored in it.
With the increase in gin popularity, and some great quality gins
available, it’s important to get good quality mixers to compliment
your gin. There are some great tonic waters available like
“Fever-Tree” and “Fentimans” or gin is also great with citrus fruits
like bitter lemon or grapefruit.

which is gin, tonic and cold
brew coffee (leave the coffee to
steep in cold water overnight).
