This month I thought I would talk about the fresh fish counter in your local store . Let ’ s be honest , a number of years ago , we could close our eyes and guess what was on the counter , but now I feel much more like a kid in a candy store . Instead of pineapple chunks and cola-cubes , I ’ m now picking out hand caught tuna and whole sea bass .
