2 hours of exercise including Zumba, Hiit, Insanity,
Aerobics, Abs, Fitness Pilates and Fitsteps.
Do as much or as little as you like! Cost is £10 per person in
advance as spaces are limited
(just £5 for any of our monthly paying members).
The Masterclass will end with well-deserved
drinks and Christmas nibbles
