crumbs should stick together, if not,
use a little more butter.
Firmly press the biscuits into the
bottom of the cake tin, making sure
they are spread evenly.
In a large bowl, mix together the
cream and condensed milk. Add the
lemon juice slowly whilst stirring at
the same time. The mixture will begin
to thicken. Continue adding lemon
juice until your mixture no longer runs
like a liquid, and falls slowly off of a
spoon. Add on top of the pressed
biscuits and evenly spread, creating
a flat surface.
Chill in the fridge for an hour or so
until it is completely set.
