Easiest Ever Cheesecake
For those of you who are looking for something simple but
impressive, this recipe is perfect. It has always been a huge hit
in my house and it takes less than half an hour to make!
For the Base:
200g Digestive Biscuits
100g Butter
For the Topping:
400ml Condensed Milk
600ml Double Cream
Juice of 2/3 Lemons
Seasonal fruits
Line the bottom of a round
20cm cake tin with greaseproof
or silicon paper.
Crush the biscuits finely,
although not so much that they
become dust. Melt the butter
in a saucepan and add the
crushed biscuits. The biscuit
