EXCLISIVE Interview

The Five writers of the Sports Blog, "Adrenaline Rush" were interviewed about their views and experiences on sports. We got the chance to know them personally through this interview. First to be interviewed was Ms. Jessica Evangelio.

Interviewer: Do you play sports? If yes, what sports do you usually play?

Jessica: Occasionally. What I mean is, I play sports like badminton, volleyball and other inner sports like board games but only if I have spare time and if the things needed are available. In all fairness, I never inhibit myself from playing because it is good to exercise physically and mentally to divert my stress from the exhilarating school works and other extracurricular activities. :)

I: What benefits do you think you gain from playing sports?

J: Generally, if we play sports it helps our body and mind as well to get fit or healthy. It rejuvenates us from all the accentuation of the day especially if you’re an avid fan of well and fitness. It is good to be inclined with sports.

I: What is the most memorable experience you had while doing the blog?

J: I like blogging only I just do not have the resources to continuously do it; like having my own laptop or some things like that. If you will pursue yourself to have an online journal, of course, you need to have your personal gadgets and internet to get updated and all that. However, I had so much fun in doing our blog- The Adrenaline Connection. It was my first time but I really did enjoy it and I felt like I wanted to continue it. Lacking of social gadgets, I promise myself that if I would be able a chance to afford my own laptop, I will create my own blog and consider it as one of my hobbies.
