Chapter President who received the Most Empowered Chapter Award
Awards for this chapter were never ending as again during the term of Arch. Gerardo P.
Yatco, Jr., the chapter received its Most Outstanding Chapter Award for the second time
for FY 2006-2007. His successor, the “Flash” of San Juan-Mandaluyong Chapter, the
most energetic Arch. Toribio “Steve” E. Estaras bagged most awards for the chapter for
two consecutive years: The Most Outstanding Chapter President for Area-A for FY
2007-2008 and FY 2008-2009 respectively, The Model Ch apter Award for District A-5
for FY 2006-2007 and two other Most Outstanding Chapter Awards for FY 2007-2008
and FY 2008-2009 respectively.

In the succeeding year for FY 2009-2010, Arch. Gerardo P. Yatco Jr., the chapter’s past
president served as the 23rd Regional District A-5 Director. In the same fiscal year Arch.
Russell Fatima N. Moleta, the most helpful and caring member of the board since the
term of Arch. Rosario Q. Roxas in 2001, who was instrumental and has worked behind
in each chapter’s awards, has finally sworn in as the 16th Chapter President.
