On May 21st of 2003, during the 16th Chapter Anniversary at the Wack Wack Golf and
Country Club, the Café Architect, official newspaper of the chapter, was launched.
Arch. Rosario Q. Roxas thought of having this newspaper for information and updating
members with the initiative of Arch. Antonio C. Zenarosa, the Chapter Secretary. It was
approved by the body. This newsletter, which started as mere 4 page newspaper, has
been improved to a 12-16 pager newspaper through the tireless effort of Arch. Richard
R. Pamplena who is still serving as editor-in-chief for more than 5 years now.
Meanwhile, at the same year for FY 2003-2004, Arch. Robert Lee L. Guerrero served as
the 17th Director of the Regional District A-5.
