Lightweight West Lauderdale Knights look forward to Friday Night Opener

The West Lauderdale High school Knights heads into their first ever football season
Friday night short on size and experience but there is nothing missing in the team’s hard work
and desire according to Head Coach, Cary Clay. We’ll count on desire to offset our lack of size
said Clay as he put the Knights through one of their final pre-season workouts yesterday at the
new county high school located between Collinsville and Center Hill and replacing those
prestige-rich high schools this year in Lauderdale County’s school reorganization setup.
