Christopher Colombus went on a journey from Spain with the goal to travel around the world. He thought that he discovered India when in fact he only discovered America. When he first entered America, he conquered it, spread Christianity, enslaved the people and used all their resources. He was also one of the main causes of the triangle trade of Colonization.
