may not like everything that is required for
better health, but the benefits are necessary
for a healthier body.
3. FITNESS – MEDICINE IN MOTION
We live in a world of technology, and
you can get fitness anywhere: YouTube,
Google, Instagram, Cable TV and the list
goes on. Whatever your fitness desire is try
to do at least 30 minutes a day.
The goal is consistency and that, “You
Do You”. This is not a race. There is no
finish line, just obstacles that might be in
your way. Fitness is Medicine—it’s the key
to preventing disease. When you don’t take
care of your body, unhealthy things start

to develop inside and sometimes you don’t
know it until it has become a problem.
