FITNESS – MEDICINE IN MOTION We live in a world of technology, and you can get fitness anywhere: YouTube, Google, Instagram, Cable TV and the list goes on. Whatever your fitness desire is try to do at least 30 minutes a day. The goal is consistency and that, “You Do You”. This is not a race. There is no finish line, just obstacles that might be in your way. Fitness is Medicine—it’s the key to preventing disease.
