Now…is Spiritual Healing

o often when you think of healing,
you immediately think of physical
illnesses. When you think of deliver-
ance, again your mind may go to the
notion of being delivered from something
physical or material. But what about the
need for spiritual healing and deliverance
from what keeps unbelievers and those on
the fence from developing a personal rela-
tionship with Christ?

Spiritual illness and the need for spiri-
tual healing are as misunderstood today as
it was 2000 years ago. “But the Pharisees and
the teachers of the law who belonged to their sect
complained to his disciples, “Why do you eat
and drink with tax collectors and sinners? Jesus
answered them, “It is not the healthy who need
a doctor, but the sick. I have not come to call
the righteous, but sinners to repentance.” Luke
