The NUN 54-A22 universal crimper
has a lightweight, well balanced
inline design. It has automatic jaw
retraction which returns the crimper
to the open position once a cycle is
completed. The rotating head has
350 degrees of rotation to allow
for access in many applications. A
LED light is positioned to illuminate
the work surface for easy single-
button operation with Class 2 or 4
gloves. Various cutting and crimping
jaws have been designed to fit
into the tool. It has 100% battery
compatibility, accepting all Hilti 18v
and 22v lithium-ion batteries.

The NCR 60-A offers dieless
crimping along with automatic jaw
retraction that returns the tool to
an open position once a crimp is
completed. This lightweight, compact
tool offers 2-stage crimping ram with
3-ton ram to crimp smaller sizes and
6-ton ram for larger sizes. It creates
faster work with no lost or dropped
dies since there is no need to find
and swap dies on the tool. A LED
light is positioned to illuminate the
work surface for easy single-button
operation with Class 2 or 4 gloves. Hilti’s NPU 100-A features a
lightweight, compact design and
swiveling tool head to reach tight
spaces. It can punch up to 6” in at
least 10 gauge mild steel and 4” in
14 gauge (2 mm) stainless steel with
a speed lock for punching dies to
reduce setup time. An integrated
pressure sensor helps prevent
the tool from damaging dies by
overreaching and there is a precise
tool stop once a punch is complete.
This allows for fast cycle time where
you can punch a 6” hole in 10 gauge
electrical box steel in a maximum of
7 seconds.
