The most fashionable event of the Hawkesbury racing calendar returns on Thursday 9th November .

There will be great live racing action , with over $ 500,000 in prize money on offer throughout the eight-race programme featuring the $ 200,000 Listed Lander Toyota Ladies Day Cup run over 1500m . We are pleased to welcome back long-term headlining sponsor , Lander Toyota alongside Fowler Civil Contracting , Blakes Marine who have been corporate supporters of Hawkesbury Ladies Day for many years .

Held in the peak of the Spring Carnival , many promising racing talents will take to the track in a thrilling display of live horse

racing . Off the track there will be plenty of live entertainment as well as fabulous prizes on offer in our Fashions on the Field competition .

At this year ’ s Ladies Day Raceday , the Fashions on the Field competition will evolve into a digital format , with competitors able to upload their images taken from the designated Fashion Chute area , tagging Hawkesbury Race Club Instagram and Facebook handles , from where finalised will be selected to proceed to the main stage for final judging .

Guest MC & Judge Kiersten Duke will be on hand to oversee this event . Currently working at Sky Channel , Kiersten comes with a wealth of knowledge and

experience from both growing up with horses and attending race meetings around the world .

“ There will be two categories - Best Dressed Lady plus a Millinery Prize , and there will be a great array of prizes available ,” stated HRC Sales and Marketing Manager Eliza Babazogli .

“ Judges will be looking for a unique Spring racewear look , completed with a keen attention to detail . In keeping with today ’ s fashion , trending headpieces , bags , jewellery and shoes are encouraged ,” stated Babazogli .

There is also great live music trackside by dynamic sister duo Victoria and Barb Baillie and their band Baylou , and also

with Jacinta Laws performing in the Clarendon Function Room .
