How to stretch
well before
performing
physical activity

Many of the people who practice a sport or
perform physical activity know that it is
essential to warm up before starting with
strong exercises, but many of the beginners or
who just join a team do not know how to heat
and regularly do it wrong.
When people stretch before doing a physical
activity, sprains and kinks are prevented. That's
why we will present some exercises that you
can do to not hurt yourself when you exercise.
1. Neck stretching: In this exercise the neck is
stretched circularly, sideways and up and
down (10 seconds each).
2. Arms stretching: Arms are raised forward
and backward, first one arm is raised and then
the other (20 repetitions).
