Hola!
The last fortnight at Social Media HQ has seen many of us
relive the memories of the Brisbane Color Run; we spent an
epic study break de-stressing with many of our students. Some
of us (not naming names) are still shampooing our hair to get rid
of the colour… but it was worth it. Check out page 6 for some of the
de-stress action.
We are fortunate to have many current students as members of the social
media team and refer to exam block and all that it involves as “nerd camp”.
With exam block kicking off in a few sleeps, we know that there is a lot of
study related stress out there.
Don’t forget to look after yourself with water, healthy foods and sleep,
ensuring that you are in the right frame of mind. Take breaks away from
the laptop and text books and clear your mind with a walk outside catching
some winter rays and vitamin D. Always wondered how physical activity
