A Night in Australia

Thursday 19th November is a night I will remember as I was briefly
transported to Australia to sample the traditional Aussie fayre. I was
invited to a charity night at Chesterfield College catering department for
a three course meal organised to raise funds for Cancer research. The
most rewarding thing about the evening, apart from the food, was the
that 3 ex Heritage students had been instrumental in the organisation
