Through much of June, McSheffery allowed the team to have a free schedule so they can rest and recuperate for the upcoming year while also giving them“ a chance to be a kid a little.” The coach also believes that this rest period will allow the team to have fresher legs later in the 2026 season.
Once late June and July rolled around though, the team got into full swing with weight room workouts and skills training before the start of fall camp.
