WHAT EXACTLY MAKE MI Milk is always considered to be the whole food, but how far is that true? But before all what does the term whole food means? It means that ,food which does not contain any added salts,fats or carbohydrates. They have all in good proportion and supplies nearly all the nutritional needs of a person. However , now the term’s (whole food) association with milk raises millions of questions. Even though , in centuries ,milk stayed as a whole food and stood in a higher place in the food hierarchy. But the advancement in science made this a big question. On the other hand, the health of a human is not like in earlier centuries. Today the sick rate prevails higher in the world’s population. Are we going to blame the advancement in science for all this health issues and the emergence of new diseases? Before searching the answer to these questions,let us see the nutritional constituents of milk, Cow milk contain, on average, 3.4% protein, 3.6% fat, and 4.6% lactose, 0.7% mineral and supplies 66 kcal of energy per 100 grams.
