BLUEBERRY MUFFINS
Ingredients:
1/4th cup of brown sugar
1/3rd cup of all purpose flour
1/4th cup of unsalted butter
1 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 ½ cup of all purpose flour
3/4th cup of brown sugar
2teaspoon baking powder
1/3 cup applesauce
1 egg
1/3rd cup milk
2 ½ cups fresh blueberries
Method
Preheat oven to 2000 C/ 4000 F.
Use nonstick spray for muffin
cups

Mix 1/4th brown sugar,1/3
flour,1/4 butter, cinnamon in a
bowl until it forms crumps.
Now mix 1 ½ flour, 3/4brown
sugar,and baking powder in
another bowl
Take applesauce in 1cup
measuring cup and add an egg and
add milk until it reaches 1 cup and
mix with flour mixture.
Mix blueberries into the mixture
Put into the muffin cups and
sprinkle with crump topping
mixture
Bake for 20-25 minutes in
preheated oven
Take in when it is golden brown.
Preparation time 15 minutes
Baking time 25 minutes
Totally ready in 40 minutes
