Within the Private Wealth Management business , we encourage our associates to give back to the communities and organizations they value , and provide many opportunities to do so . From our Baird Gives Back Associate Resource Group to charitable donation matches to extra paid time off for volunteering , we value the volunteer efforts our wealth management associates put forth .

Our Baird Gives Back Associate Resource Group reinforces that initiative by hosting a yearly event that offers a week of volunteer opportunities for associates . The group ’ s mission is to broaden and deepen associates ’ involvement in volunteer opportunities , career networking and advancement activities in their local communities – and we encourage our Private Wealth Management associates to get involved in ways that positively impact the causes they care about , even providing them with paid time off that is designated for giving back to the community .
