The FAAC champions
Baird ’ s initiative to create a community for advisors that encourages growth through peer-collaboration and accessibility to leadership . While financial services is an inherently competitive industry , here , we have the advantage of being privately owned – it ’ s in each advisor ’ s best interest that others run their practices well . To help advisors learn from one another , the FAAC creates a common ground where everyone can connect to ultimately give a better experience to clients . The FAAC strives to continuously make Baird a place advisors are proud to work for , and clients are proud to work with .”

Our council is equipped with a growth mindset , and both within Baird as a firm and our individual practices , we focus on elevating educational opportunities across all components of the business .
