Yoric Tièche: Executive Chef He has been recently appointed Executive Chef at the Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat and he oversees all restaurants and banquet functions. Awarded by one Michelin star, he made his classes with ones of the most renowned Michelin-starred French Chefs. Originally from Aix en Provence, Yoric draws its inspiration from its Provencal roots. Its cuisine is both elegant and contemporary is centered on seafood and vegetables from the Mediterranean and Provencal «terroir». Le Cap, fine dining restaurant Michelin-starred Chef Yoric Tièche brings his unique approach to Le Cap restaurant. The understated elegance of his delicious cui- sine defines this as Saint-Jean Cap-Ferrat’s best restaurant. At Le Cap, Chef Tièche of- fers a revisited Provençal cuisine with a con- temporary twist and maritime influences. Menus change with the seasons in keeping with the finest and freshest produce from local markets and what he plucks from the Hotel garden. La Véranda is the Chic French Riviera Bis- tro, offering creative and authentic Medi- terranean cuisine in a relaxed and elegant environment with views of the sea and sur- rounding gardens. A unique indoor expe- rience for lunch and dinner with a garden theme takes advantage of large bay win- dows with magnificent views of the Medi- terranean sea just above the Aleppo pines. Le Bar is situated adjacent to La Véranda and features Green Murano glass chande- liers that hang from high, palatial ceilings and an intimate library corner that is an ideal Yoric Tièche place for a drink and quiet conversation at any time of the day or evening. During summer evenings, a live music band entertains the terraces of the three-dining op- tion restaurant Le Cap, La Véranda and Le Bar.
