One of the biggest stories at this Luxe Pack mega-event is that if you are not going green with your packaging then you are missing the market . That ’ s green for eco-friendly which nowadays also means circularity , durability and sustainability . Megaevent is not an exaggeration for the swarms of people crowding the Grimaldi Centre where Luxe Pack managed to attract well over 400 exhibitors . Over 30 countries were represented . For its 34th edition , from October 3rd to 5th the flagship event for prestige and luxury packaging highlighted the current transformations of the sector , the scale of which is probably unprecedented . New consumer behaviors have emerged , which will become the norm with the arrival of the Alpha generation : E-commerce , direct sales to the consumer , personalization , and an even more pronounced taste for the exceptional and the unique are all new trends that brands make their own .

Another historic first for the Principality in the advancement of women … this time with respect to leadership of one of the most important Monegasque institutions — the Conseil National ( National Council ). On Thursday 6th October Monaco ’ s Conseil National elected their very first female President , Brigitte Boccone-Pagès . All 22 national councillors present in the Chamber voted unanimously for her to succeed Stéphane Valeri . It is a testament to Monaco ’ s progressive thinking with respect to gender equality in the political sphere .

THE NEW-LOOK GASTON- MÉDECIN HALL HAS ROCA PLAYING IN STYLE WITH THE BEST IN THE EUROLEAGUE

Nothing less for Roca than to have a sports hall fit for its great matches in the EuroLeague . So this summer , major renovations took place in the sports hall of the Louis-II stadium , with the main objective of increasing the reception capacity to over 4.500 seats . And the result is the birth of a modern and elegant Hall , all in wood . Now Monaco ’ s adventure in Euroleague is adorned with a room that meets the specifications of the competition . To do this the walls had to be leveraged to the maximum , giving the Gaston-Médecin Hall more than 4500 and a tad less than 4600 seats . This meets the objective of complying with the specifications of EuroLeague competition .
