CRISTIANO RONALDO ‘ WALKS ’ THE CHAMPIONS PROMENADE IN MONACO
Legendary footballer Cristiano Ronaldo received the prestigious ‘ Golden Foot Award ’ in Italy from Louis Ducruet ( who was representing Prince Albert II ) on the 20th of December . His footprints can now be seen on the Promenade des Champions in Monaco . ‘ I am honoured to win the Golden Foot and to be immortalized on the Champions Promenade in Monaco , together with some of the greatest football legends of all time !’ Cristiano Ronaldo said . In Piedmont , Ronaldo ’ s footprints were moulded and cast in bronze before being added to the Champions Promenade in Larvotto , a waterfront promenade featuring the footprints of the world ’ s most famous football players . Ronaldo ’ s footprints have joined the likes of Maradona , Baggio , Ronaldinho , Totti , Eto ’ o , Modrić and twelve other legendary players . The promenade will soon be given a facelift after the seafront extension project is completed .
MONACO BOOST : NEW MONEGASQUE BUSINESS INCUBATOR
Monaco Boost , a new business incubator operated on behalf of the State , aims to make its spaces available for rent by April 2021 . The new space consists of 1,200 sq . m divided into 32 exclusive enclosed offices , two co-working areas ( 16 dedicated shared offices and 12 ‘ hot spots ’), two meeting rooms , one multipurpose room , a cafeteria , a relaxation area and a terrace ; to house a total of 108 businesses . A call for applications was launched in late January 2021 .

FONTVIEILLE COMMERCIAL CENTRE : SUSTAINABLE PROJECT MOVES AHEAD
The renaissance of the Fontvielle shopping centre is underway . Consisting of 70 to 80 stores on four floors and a multiplex cinema with four screens , the 30,000 sq . m of commercial space will include the Carrefour hypermarket , the new cinema complex , enlarged parking spaces , redesigned commercial spaces and 41 state-owned houses . The project is scheduled to be completed by 2027 .
