Student Showcase
The Student Showcase started from
an ambitious goal – put on one massive
event with students representing every
district program, to help younger students
and families explore the vast opportunities
available in HEB ISD. This inaugural year
was a monster success, with several
thousand people touring presentations
from art, academic, athletic, career-prep,
and extracurricular programs at every
HEB ISD school.
Best Community
for Music Education
HEB ISD has been named to the NAMM Foundation Best
Communities for Music Education for the 11th consecutive year!
The honor re�lects the district’s commitment to supporting music
education and assuring opportunities for music learning in the
curriculum for all students. Out of more than 13,500 school districts
nationwide, fewer than 4% make the cut to be named the
“Best Communities for Music Education.
