icon's heavy metal shop allows for building in advance within safe, environmentally-controlled conditions. This significantly speeds completion time, providing a real differentiator for icon, as well as our customers facing increasingly compressed and accelerated construction schedules.
The 14,400 square-foot facility is one of six prefabrication and modularizaton buildings on icon's campus. Combined, these facilities total over 100,000 square-feet.
