Tiramisù
Ingredients:
3 eggs
6 tablespoons of sugar
500 g of “mascarpone” (very soft cre-
am cheese made from cow’s milk)
300 ml whipped cream
200 g biscuits(ladyfingers)
2 cups of coffee
Cocoa

INGREDIENTS:
200g of Flour
200g of Sugar
4 Eggs
120g of Butter
150g of “Nutella” (sweetened hazelnut cocoa
spread )
150g of Cream
40g of Cocoa
10g of Yeast
Steps:
1.
Put the eggs in a bowl
2.
Add the sugar Mix everything
3.
Add the “ mascarpone” and mix
4.
Add the whipped cream and mix
5.
Dip the biscuits in the coffee and line
them in the bottom of a dish
6.
Spread over half of the mixture.
7.
Cover with the remaining biscuits and
spread over the remaining mixture.
8. Dust with the cocoa
Steps:
1.
Put the eggs and the sugar in the mixing
bowl and mix.
2.
Add the flour and the cocoa and mix.
3.
Add the yeast and mix.
4.
Pour the dough in the pie tin and bake for
20 minutes.
5. let it cool
6.
Stuff with Nutella and cream.
7.
Decorate with cream.
Piadine (Italian flatbread sandwiches)
Ingredients:
300 g of flour
150 ml water (at room temperature )
2 tablespoons of oil
a pinch of salt
Steps:
1.
Pour the flour into a bowl
2.
Add a cup of water
3.
Add 2 tablespoons of oil
4.
Add a pinch of salt
5.
Knead the dough
6.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin
7.
Cook the “piadine” in a pan
8.
Fill them With cheese, ham,salad or with
grilled courgettes and mozzarella (fresh
Italian cheese)
