Italian Recipes Tiramisù Ingredients: 3 eggs 6 tablespoons of sugar 500 g of “mascarpone” (very soft cre- am cheese made from cow’s milk) 300 ml whipped cream 200 g biscuits(ladyfingers) 2 cups of coffee Cocoa Penguin cake INGREDIENTS: 200g of Flour 200g of Sugar 4 Eggs 120g of Butter 150g of “Nutella” (sweetened hazelnut cocoa spread ) 150g of Cream 40g of Cocoa 10g of Yeast Steps: 1. Put the eggs in a bowl 2. Add the sugar Mix everything 3. Add the “ mascarpone” and mix 4. Add the whipped cream and mix 5. Dip the biscuits in the coffee and line them in the bottom of a dish 6. Spread over half of the mixture. 7. Cover with the remaining biscuits and spread over the remaining mixture. 8. Dust with the cocoa Steps: 1. Put the eggs and the sugar in the mixing bowl and mix. 2.
