DHT expands ST series with high output double wall option
KuhlTherm launches indigenous liquid cooling solutions
Insta Graphic Systems receives 2026 Pinnacle award
Diversified Heat Transfer, Inc.( DHT) has expanded its ST Series Semi- Instantaneous Water Heater line with a new High Output Double Wall heat exchanger option, giving engineers and contractors greater flexibility for high-demand domestic hot water applications. The new option is available across all ST Series models, including 6-inch, 8-inch, 10-inch and 12-inch shell sizes. Customers can now choose between Standard Output and High Output Double Wall heat exchangers while meeting project specifications that require double wall construction. Chris Bove, National Sales Manager at DHT, said the expanded offering is intended to help engineers address challenges including limited mechanical room space and rising hot water demand while improving system performance and long-term value. The ST Series is designed for commercial and institutional applications across healthcare, education, hospitality, multifamily housing, government, commercial buildings, and industrial facilities. The expanded product range provides higher domestic hot water capacity within the same equipment footprint and faster recovery for demanding applications. The systems feature compact footprints, stainless steel shell construction, and advanced electronic PID controls with touchscreen interfaces. Native BACnet IP and Modbus IP communications enable integration with building management systems, while vertical and horizontal configurations provide additional installation flexibility. According to DHT, the expanded ST Series allows customers to select the appropriate performance level without compromising installation requirements. The products are available in four shell sizes and are engineered and manufactured in the United States, supporting applications where space, performance, and system integration are critical considerations.
KuhlTherm, an advanced precision liquid cooling technology company for AI data centres, has unveiled its Made-in-India Rear Door Heat Exchanger( RDHx) and Cooling Distribution Unit( CDU), innovations aimed at advancing data centre infrastructure for the country. These products will be integrated into NexusFlow OS, KuhlTherm’ s proprietary AI-powered thermal intelligence platform that connects the power ecosystem from Grid to Rack and the cooling infrastructure from Chip to Chiller, thereby optimising the power consumption of the entire system. The RDHx captures heat directly at the rear of the rack, before it enters the facility, while the CDU delivers precious coolant flow, temperature control, and pressure management. NexusFlow OS combines thermal and power intelligence to deliver
KIMM develops heat pump using waste heat for cooling
A next-generation heat pump system that can provide cooling using low-temperature waste heat of approximately 40 ° C from factories and data centers has been developed. Unlike conventional air-conditioning systems, which use electricity to compress refrigerant, the newly developed system uses waste heat as its energy source. It has also achieved world-leading adsorption-bed performance, paving the way for lower electricity consumption and greater energy efficiency. A research team led by Dr. Young Kim, Principal Researcher at the Heat Pump Research Center of the Korea Institute of Machinery and Materials( KIMM; President Seok-Hyun Ryu), has developed a chemical adsorption heat pump system incorporating an electrochemical compressor, in collaboration with Professor Minseong Kim and Professor Dongkyu Kim of Chung-Ang complete visibility, predictive optimisation, and autonomous orchestration across a facility’ s liquid cooling infrastructure. KuhlTherm also unveiled its stateof-the-art integrated liquid cooling validation laboratory in Ahmedabad, the first of its kind in India. The laboratory will help the company ensure that every product is tested against real-world conditions before deployment, establishing reliability and trust. KuhlTherm designs and manufactures the complete thermal loop for AI data centres, from chip to chiller, entirely in India. This milestone marks another step in KuhlTherm’ s journey towards delivering reliable, full-stack thermal management solutions, and its vision of increasing its manufacturing capacity from the present 300MW to 2 GW by 2027.
University. The project was supported by the Alchemist Project funded by the Korea Institute of Energy Technology Evaluation and Planning( KETEP). KIMM developed the chemical adsorption heat pump, which operates on low-temperature waste heat at approximately 40 ° C, while Chung-Ang University developed a noise- and vibration-free electrochemical compressor. Samjung Tech Co., Ltd. manufactured a 10 kWclass prototype of the chemical adsorption heat pump.
Insta Graphic Systems has received a 2026 Pinnacle Award in the Non- Output category for its Model 421 heat press, recognizing the company’ s continued innovation in professional heat transfer equipment. The Model 421 is a compact 6 × 6-inch manual clam press designed for smalland medium-scale apparel decoration and heat transfer operations. With an MSRP of USD 1,195, the machine was recognized for its design, functionality, and contribution to making professional heat transfer technology more accessible. The press features centered pressure distribution for consistent transfers, a touchscreen digital controller with programmable presets and durable cast aluminum construction. Its compact format makes it suitable for labels, patches, branding applications, direct-to-film( DTF) transfers and other small-format projects. An Insta Graphic Systems spokesperson said the award reinforces the company’ s focus on developing reliable and efficient equipment that addresses the changing requirements of the apparel decoration and heat transfer industry. The Pinnacle Awards recognize innovation, functionality, and industry impact across printing and graphics technology. The Non-Output category specifically honors equipment and tools that improve production capabilities rather than finished printed products. The recognition comes as businesses increasingly adopt DTF technology alongside traditional heat transfer methods, increasing demand for equipment capable of delivering consistent temperature, pressure, and repeatability. Insta Graphic Systems manufactures heat press machines and custom heat transfers for customers worldwide. The company operates a U. S.-based manufacturing facility with repair, research and development, and customer support teams, offering manual and automatic presses, specialty equipment, and heat transfer products for diverse applications.
